I am writing to you because I think Russ Godfrey is an unusual salesman. There was no pressure, no tactics, no evasions, simply honest information straight from the shoulder. Having dealt with snake oil salesmen in the past, I found this most refreshing.

I took delivery on a Thursday and brought the truck in the following Monday for a safety inspection. In the interim I damaged a lug nut testing a new impact wrench. I sat down with Brian O'Donnell who worked me in right away. I should tell you that Brian was dealing with phone calls, paperwork, service techs and other customers, all the while typing a thousand words a minute on his keyboard.

While waiting for my truck I walked around. When I looked into the shop area, I was knocked back about 2 feet, the place was immaculate, unlike any other automotive shop I had ever seen. I mentioned this to an employee, who simply said, "We all take a lot of pride in this shop." Remarkable!

ANOTHER HAPPY PREMIER CUSTOMER!


I recently received a survey about my experience at Premier Cape Cod. I have purchased many new vehicles in my time. The one thing I disliked the most was a pushy sales person. I had none of that at Premier. My sales person, Mike DelBuono, was nothing but professional as was everyone else in the sales department, even the receptionist and other sales people were great! If or when I buy or trade for a newer vehicle I WILL go to Premier first. My experience was nothing but positive!

Premier Service Department recently did a fabulous job with my Mazda Miata. It needed long list of work done to it and now it runs beautifully.

There are all types of cool cars available at an array of dealerships but "at the end of the day" -I hate that phrase as it reminds me of LeBron James, who says it incessantly- still, at the end of the day when your car needs service work you cannot have trust issues with the service department as then the relationship with the whole dealership is compromised.

That is why I will definitely buy my next car from Premier. I may deal with the sales person once or twice but I the relationship I have with the service department is ongoing. Given the fact that my 11 year old Miata now runs like it is new, my wife and I would have no reason to go anywhere else than Premier Cape Cod for our next cars.

And the detail job incidentally was the best I ever had as well.

Merry Christmas and I'm grateful to have found a dealership I can trust here on Cape Cod.
